Looking for a job might be on of the the most exhausting experiences on earth. Waking up with an alarm early in the morning as if you had to go to work. Only to open your computer in your pajamas and face your worst enemy. LinkedIn. The possibilities seem endless and non-existent at the same time. You spend hours curating your résumé, adapting meticulously every single detail to the job you are applying to. Only to end up with a AI automated response. ❝Dear applicant, thank you for your interest in our position. We have revised your application carefully but unfortunately have decided to pursue other candidates.❞ And there you are, staring at your 15th rejection of the day wondering why you even bothered to even get a Bachelors degree when apparently no one is interested in hiring anymore. Well, I wasn't even interested on cleaning your bathrooms, Aldi. Good luck finding someone more obsessed with cleaning than me! Your loss.

And let's talk about today's requirements to get an actual job. Because what do you mean I need 4 years of experience for a Junior position. You know, Mom, you could've let me know I needed to start working at eleven years old to have an actual chance with the market.
I think boomers don't realize how easy they had it. Of course you bought a house at 25, Mark. Your father's friend had a business, he recommended you, you got in. And there you were, CEO at 40 years old. No I'm kidding, no hate to my parents generation, but man they had it good. I am sure Mark deserved that position, and I don't wish that kind of unemployment up on my worst enemy. But let's be real, with the rise of AI and robots taking over practically every job there is, getting one is getting pretty hard.

But let's not get all hopeless here. Yes, the market is pretty weird right now. But not all hopes are lost. You can always get a fake creative job, like being a DJ or a creative director. Good luck, to my fellow unemployed people.
